SHS Houses is a real estate development and property management company that has been serving the Tallahassee, FL area for over ten years, specializing in student housing for those attending Florida State University, Florida A&M and Tallahassee Community College, many of our units are close enough to allow residents to walk to campus/class.

About 90% of our units are residential in nature, ranging from apartments and townhomes to single family houses. We also rent a few commercial properties in a retail shopping center where our offices are located.
